During a Hypnotherapy session, in a meditative state of deep focus and concentration, we will connect with the blueprints, negative belief systems and triggers that are stored in your subconscious mind, to eventually release them.

The list of disadvantages that can be cured through Hypnotherapy is long and goes from depression, anxiety, insomnia, eating disorders, autoimmune diseases, allergies, phobias and traumas all the way to drug abuse, asthma and chronic diseases (i.e. migraine and chronic pain), to emotional imbalances, bipolar disorder as well as smoking addiction.

Identifying and connecting to the root cause with the tool of Hypnosis will resolve the issue and help you to break out of negative belief systems, traits and habits that are holding you back from being the best version of yourself. The Hypnotherapy-session is divided into three parts: 1) Pretalk to break it down to the main issue and trigger you are facing 2) brief intro to Hypnosis and how we utilize it during the Hypnotherapy session and eventually 3) the Hypnosis.

Depending on the root causes one Hypnotherapy might already be enough for you in order to overcome the issue. However, I do recommend, always based on your individual history, up to three sessions to achieve the most sustainable result.

In order for us to tap deeper into that I am more than happy to offer a free 15 minute pre consultation in order for us to become more clear about what it is that we are facing and to advise you on how to prepare best (how to bring more awareness to the pattern, questions to ask yourself…).

Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool to connect and integrate with what we have manifested and to release what is no longer serving you and to actually consciously be able to compassionately be with our authentic self and understand how we got here to eventually release it fully.
